Ikea is one of the most iconic brands we know. They are a brand for everyone. How do we make sure that everyone knows Ikea can help them feel at home with a world of ideas to do so? We were tasked with developing the social strategy and creating ongoing content for different social media platforms.
Community insight
Everyone experiences phases in life differently and at various stages. However, during all these stages, feeling at home takes on a different definition—a definition you share with your own community at that time.
Sense of belonging
We create content that resonates with the values, behaviours, and conversations within the IKEA communities. Our goal is to provide a sense of belonging, inspiration, entertainment, and guidance by understanding and addressing people’s unique situations and needs through culturally relevant content.
