Ikea is one of the most iconic brands we know. They are a brand for everyone. How do we make sure that everyone knows Ikea can help them feel at home with a world of ideas to do so? We were tasked with developing the social strategy and creating ongoing content for different social media platforms.

Community insight

Everyone experiences phases in life differently and at various stages. However, during all these stages, feeling at home takes on a different definition—a definition you share with your own community at that time.

Our goal is to provide a sense of belonging, inspiration, entertainment, and guidance by understanding and addressing people’s unique situations and needs through culturally relevant content.

Exploring new galaxies at IKEA

Challenge

IKEA launched a new space-themed collection. We were asked to encourage families to embark on a journey of discovery at IKEA.

Community insight

Everyone remembers the feeling they had when imagining things as a kid. Parents recognise this when they see their kids imagining today. What if we tap into the limitless imagination of kids to inspire families on an epic journey at IKEA?

Campaign idea

All the elements for a charming campaign were laid out before us: the delightful combination of children and space toys. Blend these two ingredients, and the adventure naturally unfolds. We created a captivating video that takes the viewer on a cosmic journey through children’s imagination. No need to travel to the moon to encounter aliens; you can meet them right at IKEA.
